The premiere of “Home Office” at Tromsø International Filmfestival has been wonderful. The outdoor screning at the city square was a very special experience, as the mountain Tromsdalstind that is visible in the end shot, was just behind the screen.

The town square was completly still as hundreds of kids were watching the film about Lilly who is home with her drunk mum during the corona lockdown. As the subtitles started, the crowd applauded.

“Home office” was shown both in the short film competition program Films from the North and in the kids program for invited school classes. All voice actors where present at the premiere at Fokus on the 16TH of January - Milla Fischer Yndestad (Lilly), Dagny Hansine Strøm (Molly) and Trude Øines (mum). Also singer Vilde Bye who performs the end title song “Secret guardian” were present at the screening along with director Endre Lund Eriksen. The song has also been released as a single, available at Spotify and other streaming services.

The topic of the film has drawn some media attention to the premiere. Endre Lund Eriken has been interviewed in two national radio programs at NRK, as well as in local and regional newspapers and by both NRK Nordland and NRK Troms and Finnmark.
